Please read these terms carefully before using Partners Grid CRM.
By accessing and using Partners Grid CRM ("the System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Access to the System is conditional upon your acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the System.
Partners Grid CRM is a cloud-based lead management and sales pipeline software provided as a Service (SaaS) by The Partners Grid Enterprises. The System is made available to registered organizations and their authorized users for managing business leads, sales workflows, and team collaboration.
Access to the System is subject to a service fee as communicated by The Partners Grid Enterprises from time to time. Continued use of the System after any such communication implies acceptance of the applicable charges. Non-payment or delayed payment may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The Partners Grid Enterprises reserves the right to revise pricing at any time with reasonable notice to registered organizations.
Each user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing of account credentials with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Any suspected unauthorized access to your account must be reported to your organization administrator or to The Partners Grid Enterprises immediately.
Users must provide accurate information during registration and keep their profile details up to date. Accounts found to have false or misleading information may be suspended.
All lead data, client information, and business data entered into the System by an organization belongs exclusively to that organization. The Partners Grid Enterprises will not access, use, transfer, or share such data with any third party without the express written consent of the organization, except as required by applicable law.
All lead information, client data, business information, pricing, and internal communications accessible through the System are strictly confidential. Users must not disclose, reproduce, or distribute such information outside the scope of their authorized role within the organization without prior written authorization.
Users must not misuse the System in any manner, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access to other organizations' data, reverse-engineering or decompiling any part of the System, using the System for unlawful purposes, introducing malicious software or code, or engaging in any activity that disrupts or degrades the performance of the System. Any violation may result in immediate termination of access and may attract legal action under applicable Indian law.
The Partners Grid Enterprises will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain System uptime and availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary downtime. We shall not be held liable for any loss arising from such unavailability.
The System, including its design, code, features, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of The Partners Grid Enterprises. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the System solely for their organization's internal business purposes. No part of the System may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
The Partners Grid Enterprises reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the System for any user or organization in the event of: non-payment of applicable fees, breach of these Terms, misuse of the System, or at its sole discretion with reasonable prior notice. Upon termination, the organization may request an export of its data within 30 days, after which data may be permanently deleted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Partners Grid Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the System, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The total aggregate liability of The Partners Grid Enterprises under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the organization in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the System is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the System, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Partners Grid Enterprises reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the System. Continued use of the System after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users will be required to re-accept updated Terms upon their next login.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
